Why Use A Boutique?
TGF was created because we believed that there was a better business model for the delivery of superior legal services in specific areas of practice: restructuring & Litigation. We do not try to be all things to all people. TGF is a highly focused and efficient boutique. We deliver practical and value-added advice, primarily to sophisticated institutional clients. Our target market clients have embraced our business model, with the result that our firm has doubled in size since its inception.
Our practice focuses on banks, financial institutions, asset based lenders and investment funds. We regularly represent receivers, monitors and proposal trustees in restructuring proceedings. TGF has excellent relationships with the national law firms that consistently refer their clients to us where conflicts of interest arise. The firm acts as restructuring and litigation counsel to many mid and smaller-sized firms where our expertise is required. As a result of these relationships, we are able to call upon the resources of those firms when necessary.
We understand the business needs of our clients. We also understand that the law is a service business and that our role is to assist our clients in achieving their business objectives. We pride ourselves on providing crisp, business-oriented analysis of our mandates. Our goal is to assist our clients in making the right business decision and then apply our professional skills to accomplish that objective.
